Before we customize your checklist to match your property’s unique staging needs, here’s what’s always included in our standard turnover clean:
Prep & Inspection

Report any left-behind items

Document and report obvious damage with photos

Dust high-to-low (ceiling fans, lamps, frames, baseboards)

Upgrade your clean with extra services designed for busy hosts:

Linen & Towel Service – On-site washing is included with every cleaning. For properties without an accessible washer/dryer, the property manager/host must provide a full backup set of clean linens and towels stored in the linen closet. Our cleaners will use the backup set to stage the property, then take the soiled set off-site to be washed and returned.
