Prep & inspection

• Report any item left behind

• Immediately Report obvious damage to Host with pictures

• Clear rooms of all unwanted items & throw away in designated trash bins

• Dust high then low (including ceiling fans, picture frames, lamps, baseboards)

• Clean window sills and dust blinds

• Clean & Sanitize all high-touch points (light switch, doorknobs, etc.)

LIVING ROOM

• Sanitize remote control

• Dust TV and carefully clean if necessary

• Dust and Vacuum Furniture 

• Fluff and arrange cushions and pillows

• Disinfect and wipe down dining room table and chairs

• Dust and clean picture frames, artwork, bookshelves, lamps, etc.

• Sweep/Vacuum and mop floors

KITCHEN

• Clean dishes and check for cracked glasses, etc.

• Place and arrange cleaned dishes and glasses nicely in the cabinet

• Clean exterior cabinets, appliances, sinks, tables, and chairs

• Clean and sanitize countertops

• Clean exterior of oven (consider our Oven Deep Clean Add on)

• Clean inside and outside of refrigerator and microwave

• Wipe down inside of drawers

• Clean toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, etc.

• Take out the trash and replace it with a new trashbag

• Re-stock perishables like coffee, tea, sugar, etc. (if provided - consider our Inventory Service Add on)

BEDROOMS

• Wash linen & make beds

• Sanitize remote control

• Clean mirrors

• Place extra towels neatly folded on the bed or in the closet 

• Sweep/Vacuum and mop floors, including under bed if accessible

BATHROOMS

• Clean the cabinets inside and outside and on top

• Clean mirrors

• Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs, toilets, and sinks

• Clean shower curtain rod, towel rack, soap dish, toilet paper holder

• Replace towels with fresh ones & arrange nicely

• Replace/Remove used Toilet paper rolls (if provided - consider our Inventory Service Add on)

• Replace/Refill toiletries (if provided - consider our Inventory Service Add on)

• Sweep/Vacuum and mop floors

• Staging and final guest-ready touches

• Take pictures of Highly Rated Cleaners' work (all areas)

• Final inspection/ Quality check and checklist
