Prep & Inspection

• Report any left-behind items

• Document and report obvious damage with photos

• Remove unwanted items and trash from rooms

• Dust high-to-low (ceiling fans, lamps, frames, baseboards)

• Clean window sills and dust blinds

• Sanitize all high-touch points (light switches, doorknobs, etc.)

Living Room

• Sanitize remote controls

• Dust TV and clean screen (if needed)

• Dust and vacuum furniture

• Fluff and arrange cushions and pillows

• Wipe and disinfect dining table and chairs

• Dust picture frames, artwork, shelves, and lamps

• Sweep/vacuum and mop floors

Kitchen

• Wash dishes and check for cracks/damage

• Neatly arrange clean dishes, glasses, and cookware

• Clean exterior of cabinets, appliances, sinks, and tables

• Sanitize countertops

• Clean inside and outside of refrigerator and microwave

• Wipe inside drawers

• Clean small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, etc.)

• Empty trash and replace bags

• Re-stock perishables (coffee, tea, sugar, etc. if provided)

Bedrooms

• Wash linens and make beds neatly

• Sanitize remote controls

• Clean mirrors

• Place fresh towels neatly on bed or in closet

• Sweep/vacuum and mop floors, including under beds (if accessible)

Bathrooms

• Clean inside, outside, and top of cabinets

• Polish mirrors

• Scrub and sanitize showers, tubs, toilets, and sinks

• Clean shower rods, towel racks, soap dishes, toilet paper holders

• Replace used towels with fresh ones

• Replace toilet paper rolls (if provided)

• Refill toiletries (if provided)

• Sweep/vacuum and mop floors

Add-On Options

Upgrade your clean with extra services designed for busy hosts:

• Linen & Towel Service – On-site washing is included with every cleaning. For properties without an accessible washer/dryer, the property manager/host must provide a full backup set of clean linens and towels stored in the linen closet. Our cleaners will use the backup set to stage the property, then take the soiled set off-site to be washed and returned.

• Inventory Service – We restock non-perishables, supplies, and toiletries

• Furniture or Carpet Treatment – Spot cleaning and protection

• Grocery Delivery Service – Stock your fridge with guest favorites

• Mid-Stay Cleaning – Refresh for long-term guests
